Set realistic goals for your training, both short term and long term. Your trainer has a wealth of information to help you set these goals, talk to your trainer. Mix it up. Incorporate different types of training into your programs. Use strength training, boxing, and martial arts style training to keep your routines fresh. Having a workout buddy also helps to keep you motivated and accountable! Remember, it is your journey no one else's. Don't compare yourself to others you see in the gym or on TV. Being healthy is a life time commitment and adds quality years to your life.
