Strategy Session
At Spooky Nook Fitness, our personal trainers take a unique approach to the beginning of your fitness journey by scheduling a Strategy Session. During the Strategy Session, you will meet one-on-one with one of our qualified trainers. We will walk through your goals, gain insights on your current nutrition/life habits, and take into consideration your needs. Your trainer will walk you through the machines and further explain the muscles they are to target.

An alternative to one-on-one training, is small group training which consists of a group of 2 - 4 people. The small group training participants may thrive in a group setting to keep them more motivated.
At Spooky Nook Sports, we offer a small group training within the Nook RX'd area. The small group workouts can get you excited about fitness by providing an encouraging environment that challenges you both physically and mentally. Each workout is led by one of our experienced trainers. Our coaches are focused on delivering quality sessions that emphasize form and safety first.
