Software App Update: Migrating to ACTIVE Net


We're excited to announce our main software is getting switched from MAXGalaxy to ACTIVE Net!

ACTIVE Net offers a more efficient way for all Spooky Nook Sports members to register for camps, clinics, check in at the Fitness Center and more! The migration from MAXGalaxy to ACTIVE Net is scheduled to take place from 12:00pm on 9/1 until 8:00am on 9/2.

In need of check-in history? All members may contact Alyssa Stefanadis (alyssas@nooksports.com) until October 1st to receive the necessary information.

Early this fall, we will be launching a new mobile-friendly app. Stay tuned for more details. See below for some main features to look forward to while using the app:

  • Clean, modern look for users
  • Easy navigation through all tabs
  • Contactless check-in
  • Book classes and facilities
  • Share classes with your friends via email, text or social media
  • View class wait times and schedules
  • Received facility news and notifications

See below some of the most frequently asked questions.

1. What will I need to do the first time I sign into the new software?

Current customers will click the 'Forgot your Password?' link. Provide the email address you used to create your account. After entering your email address, click 'Submit' to continue. An email will be sent to you containing a temporary password. Upon signing in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to change this password. 

Please note, current customer's should not create a new account.

2. Will I have access to my account history?

No – the only information that transfers to the new system will be account information, credit card on file, account balances, memberships and credit on account.

3. Will all of my personal information automatically be moved to the new account?

Yes – name, address, email, phone and date of birth.

4. Can I still register for programs during the software migration?

During the migration time (12:00pm on 9/1 through 8:00am on 9/2) you will not be able to register for new progress or access your account online. However, during the migration period, you have the option to complete in-house registrations, payments and access your account in-house. 

5. How do I get to the new site once it's live?

That’s the best part – you don’t have to do anything! You’ll access your account and register for new programs in all the same places you’re used to. It will just look a little nicer when you get there. 

6. What's the benefit of this new software?

First and foremost, it’s much more mobile friendly than our current system. In the coming weeks, we are also working on an app that ensure an even smoother process for accessing your account. Plus, a new clean and modern look will make it even easier for you to navigate the platform.
