Indoor Workouts At The Nook

These days, a lot of us are doing our workouts indoors. While there are lots of different ways to exercise at home, there's no need to limit yourself when you can branch out by visiting Spooky Nook Sports.

We offer a wide range of options, from indoor workouts for athletes to more casual workouts for people looking to get more active.

1. Indoor Cardio Classes

Our group classes include fun indoor workouts designed to get your heart pumping. Choose from our water rowing, Zumba, line dancing, circuit and other indoor cardio exercises to stay in shape while having a blast.

2. Indoor Group HIIT Classes

Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is among the best indoor workouts to lose weight. These classes include short bursts of higher-speed movement alongside lower-intensity sections.

3. Personal Training

No matter what your personal and fitness goals, our certified, experienced instructors offer personal training and customized plans. Reach your goals with individual attention on form, fitness and nutrition.

4. Senior Programs

Our programs for older adults include yoga, cardio, cycle, dance and other classes to help build confidence, health and friendship. These classes are designed to be supportive and fun.

5. RX'd

If you are interested in CrossFit, Olympic powerlifting and weightlifting, gymnastic movements and other programs for functional fitness, strength and perseverance, you might enjoy indoor Nook Rx’d.

6. Adult Rec Leagues

When you want to play your favorite sport every week, the Nook offers adult rec leagues inside the country’s largest indoor sports complex. Play soccer, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, football and dodgeball and feed that competitive streak while staying in shape. The leagues offer great indoor workouts while letting you build camaraderie at the same time.
