Baseball Skills Camp
Offered: Week 1-11
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp will focus on teaching fundamental baseball techniques and advanced concepts for athletes of all skill levels. Instruction and activities will include hitting, throwing, pitching, catching, fielding, live game situations, relay races, and much more. This camp will combine fun and learning in an active environment at the Nook Baseball & Softball training center. Add the Combo Camp registration option to your shopping cart and you'll get Before Care from 7am-9am, lunch, snacks, and PM Care from 12-6pm.
Rookies Baseball Camp
Offered: Week 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp will focus on the introduction of fundamental baseball techniques, learning proper mechanics and FUN for athletes ages 4-6. Instruction and activities will include hitting, throwing, pitching, catching, fielding, relay races, and much more. This camp will combine fun and learning in an active environment at the Nook Baseball & Softball training center.
Fastpitch Skills Camp
Offered: Week 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp will focus on teaching fundamental softball techniques and advanced concepts for athletes of all skill levels. Instruction and activities will include hitting, throwing, pitching, catching, fielding, live game situations, relay races, and much more.
Skill Camp
Offered: Week 1, 2, 6, 9, 10, 11
Time: 9am-12pm
The Spooky Nook Basketball Skill Camps offer an environment for players to improve their overall basketball skills (shooting/passing/ball handling/and defense). Camp will also feature small-sided games along with skill specific drills taught by successful high school basketball coaches and assisted by college players. Camp is intended for beginners through Intermediate skill level.
All Star Boys Camp
Offered: Week 3, 7, 8
Time: 9am-3pm
Join Spooky Nook Basketball for our (4) Day Boys All Star Full Day Camp. The camp is designed for players looking to improve their overall skills. Camp will feature skill specific drills taught by local high school coaches. Campers will participate in 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 games daily. This camp is designed for players with 2+ years of playing experience. Lunch will be provided.
Central PA Elite High School Camp
Offered: Week 4
Time: 9am-3pm
The Spooky Nook High School Basketball Skill Camps offer an environment for players to improve their overall basketball skills (shooting/passing/ball handling/and defense). Camp will feature small-sided games along with skill specific drills taught by successful high school basketball coaches. Camp is intended for serious high school players.
Central PA Future Stars Camp
Offered: Week 5
Time: 9am-3pm
The “Future Stars” Basketball Camp offers an environment for players to improve their overall basketball skills (shooting/passing/ball handling/defense). Camp will feature small-sided games along with skill specific drills taught by successful high school basketball coaches. Camp is intended for serious players 6th-9th grade.
Evening Skills Camp
Offered: Week 6, 9
Time: 6pm-8pm

Climbing Camp
Offered: Week 1-11
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp offers a unique opportunity for children to experience the thrill of rock climbing. The indoor climbing sessions are designed to help children develop their skills and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. They will learn about the different types of climbing equipment and techniques, as well as the importance of teamwork and communication when climbing with a partner. Our expert instructors prioritize safety and ensure that all children are equipped with the necessary gear and knowledge to have a safe and enjoyable experience. The camp is designed for children of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced climbers, and the program is tailored to each child’s individual needs and goals. Ultimate Adventure Camp
Offered: Week 1-11
Time: 9am-4pm
This five-day adrenaline-filled camp will provide campers with the ultimate adventure experience. Our trained instructors will encourage campers to push themselves to new limits through outdoor and adventure pursuits. Our first day of camp will be spent in our climbing facility learning the fundamentals needed for our adventures. Campers will get to go rock climbing, tubing, hiking, swimming, and more! Field Hockey Camp
Offered: Week 1, 3, 6, 8, 9
Time: 9am-12pm
Field hockey camp is for athletes entering kindergarten through 7th grade in the fall. Offering a fun, competitive and athlete driven youth camp. Focused on developing skill, vision and knowledge of the game from any age and level.
Dance Camps
Join Spooky Nook Sports LANCO for a number of Dance summer camps. Dates and times for each camp vary by age.
- LANCO Audition Week for Competition Team: This intensive will feature guest artist classes and a variety of stykes of dance. Students will be evaluated by their attitudes and willingness to learn new things. All returning and new competition team dancers should attend.
- LANCO Choreography Week for Competition Team: This intensive is only for students accepted into the competition team. This week will provide time for group dance choreography as well as technique to screen for levels for classes that begin in September.
- LANCO Dance Camp: We will learn fundamental dance and tumbling skills. pplease remember to bring a snack and refillable water bottle daily.
- LANCO Pre-Pro Dance Intensive: Sign up to learn how to assist in classes, choreography, perform, and more! This camp is great for dancers interested in pursuing dance as a career.
Flag Fotball Skills Camps
Offered: Week 3, 6, 9
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp is coached by highly trained Spooky Nook Football coaches. This camp is for athletes ages 7-14 of all skill levels to improve their football skills. Athletes will learn skills like passing, catching, flag pulling, blocking, and football formations at camp each day. This camp will include a snack every day and a t-shirt for each participant.
Gymnastics Rec Camp
Offered: Week 2, 7, 9
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp is for all boys & girls ages 4-12 who would like to broaden their gymnastics skills, strength, and flexibility. Participants will get to work on specific skills on each event based on their ability and will have the opportunity to use all the gymnastics equipment including trampolines and above ground foam pit!
Advantage Soccer Camps
Offered: Week 1, 7, 9
Time: 9am-12pm
Advantage Soccer Camps offer a full day and a half day option.
This camp is for athletes of all skill levels to improve their game in a fun and energetic setting. Campers will be grouped with players of similar age & playing ability. Athletes will learn technical skills including dribbling, passing, receiving, moves & shooting and will also work on the principles of attacking, defending & goalkeeping.
Mini Kickers World Cup Camp
Offered: Week 2
Time: Varies dependent on age
Spooky Nook Mini Kickers World Cup Soccer Camp - USA all the Way!! Our goal is to provide a World Cup Camp Experience that the kids will remember for a lifetime! The program is designed with appropriate activities concentrating on motor skill development, fun and nurturing a love of the game & physical activity in general. We will introduce children to soccer in a creative and fun environment. We aim to focus on developing the child’s basic motor and social skills.
Strikers & Goalkeepers Camp
Offered: Week 4
Time: 9am-12pm
Strikers will work on all aspects of scoring goals. First half hour each day, the warm up will be solely technical for skills sharpening: from the proper technique of striking a soccer ball with different surfaces, to timing runs in the box, volleys, headers, and the anticipation of second chances. Goalkeepers will work many aspects of their position including both the physical (fast footwork, agility, strength), as well as proper techniques (catching, punching, angle play and decision making). Pressure and game-like situations to conclude each day.
World Cup Overnight Camp
Offered: Week 6
Time: 7am-10pm
Campers have the option of staying overnight in the Warehouse Hotel or commuting each day. Director Gary Ross staffs all clinics & camps with qualified coaches, College Players and local High Level Academy players from Central PA. We aim to provide a quality World Cup Experience for the players, and we will utilize different facilities at Spooky Nook during the Camp to provide a wider variety of programming.
P3 Speed & Conditioning
Offered: Week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Time: 5pm-6pm
The Physical Performance Preparatory Camp
(P3) is designed to prepare any athlete for their upcoming season through 8-Weeks of Speed & Conditioning training. Athletes will receive pre & post performance testing to show their growth throughout the summer. P3: Speed & Conditioning will set up any athlete to have the edge and self-confidence to take on their competition.
Youth Sports Prep Camp
Offered: Week 1-11
Time: 9am-12pm
Learn new skills and shatter your personal records! Now you will enhance your athletic ability with speed, agility, strength training, plyometrics and games.
Combo Training Camp
Offered: Week 1-11
Time: 12:30pm-2pm
Time to develop a solid foundation! Performance programming, field/court movement, exercise prescription along with speed and agility will lead you to excellence.
All Skills Camp
Offered: Week 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10
Time: 9am-12pm
This camp is for all skill levels and for girls ages 8-18. It doesn’t matter if you are completely new to the sport, or have been playing for years; this camp will help you improve your skills. Our coaching staff is constantly finding ways to improve our training to make sure all athletes leave us better than when they entered our building. Players will be separated based on age and ability. Each day of camp will focus on different skills and tactics. Athletes may register for any week independently—attendance in earlier weeks is not required.
Youth Sports Prep Camp

Time: 9am-12pm
Learn new skills and shatter your personal records! Now you will enhance your athletic ability with speed, agility, strength training, plyometrics and games.
One-Day Camps

- Attack Express - Do you want to hit harder? Do you want to be the smartest attacker on the floor? Do you want to work to be a better all around offensive attacker? Well then look no further than NVA’s Attack Express Camp. This camp will focus on everything attacking; arm swing, core work, shots, hitting locations, and so much more. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to become a great attacker!
- Serve Pass - This camp is for all skill levels of athletes ages 11-18. It doesn’t matter if you are completely new to the sport, or have been playing for years; this camp will help you improve your game! The most important skills in volleyball are the first contacts of the game, which is why we devoted a camp specifically for these skills. Campers will learn the most current passing techniques, as well as different types of serving, and how to serve tough.
- NVA Defense Academy - Everyone knows the famous quote, “defense wins games!” Here at NVA, we couldn’t agree more! This camp is for anyone that wants to improve defensive skills including floor skills and first touches, as well as blocking! Camp will focus on proper setting footwork, hand placement, digging mechanics, and so much more. Make sure to register today to hold your seat in our Defense Academy!
Youth Development Camp

Designed for athletes ages 5-13. It will help players develop their skills in a positive and encouraging environment, while also learning to work hard to accomplish a goal. We believe that we can teach great techniques and have fun at the same time! Our goal is to instill the love of the sport and prepare them for a life filled with fun and volleyball!
Boys' Volleyball Camp
Offered: Week 7
Time: 9am-12pm
Designed for boys ages 8-16. It will help players develop their skills in a positive and encouraging environment, while also learning to work hard to accomplish a goal. This camp is designed specifically for boys and will focus on current training on the men’s side of the game. We believe that we can teach great techniques and have fun at the same time! Our goal is to instill the love of the sport and prepare them for a life filled with fun and volleyball!
