A PennDOT HOP project is scheduled to begin at the Spooky Nook Road/283 Interchange on Monday May 5, 2025. If you utilize 283 East to access Spooky Nook Sports, please plan an alternate arrival route during this time. We encourage all guests to plan extra time for arrival to the complex.
Contractors will realign and widen the ramps and roadways and prepare for the addition of traffic signals at the tops of the ramps. The project is expected to last through the fall of 2025.

Each of the four ramps will be closed at some point throughout the project; however, only one ramp will be closed at a time.
