Field Hockey Training

Practice is a huge part of bettering a player’s game.  Mentally, academy players are trained to become mature and dependable team leaders.  Physically, players can expect to strengthen their game through hockey specific skill training, conditioning, overall fitness, proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.


Sports Performance

Sports performance training will focus on strength, speed and agility.  Players that are conditioned properly have the ability to feel fresh in second half and finish games in a strong manner.  Speed sessions will help the athlete transform movements to become shorter, quicker and more powerful.

Private Lessons

Our knowledgeable coaching staff brings a wealth of experience to the table at all levels.  This allows our coaches to productively teach all aspects of the sport to student-athletes in individual and
group settings.  Several of our Women’s National Team members are available for private and small group sessions.

Field Hockey Clinics

Our development programs are for players that are looking to focuse on an area such as specialty skills or advanced game concepts.   Programs are a great way for athletes to develop their skills and become well-rounded players.
