• Remediation is complete.
• Demolition is complete, with the exception of one wall.
• The first set of bid documents will be released within the week.

Mill 2:

• Remediation is complete.
• Demolition is almost complete.

Upcoming:

• B Street planning and engineering should be complete by late this year.
• Infrastructure work will begin early 2020, including: water, sewer, electric, and roadway work.
