Basketball
At Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill, we offer several basketball programs and opportunities for every player. We will have women's, men's and coed leagues for players 18 years old and up. Each league is split into recreational and competitive divisions, so you can find the game and atmosphere you're looking for. Teams play at least eight games a season on regulation courts with experienced, certified officials who ensure fair, fun gameplay. The top teams qualify for playoffs.

Cornhole
Cornhole is among the most popular leagues at The Nook! We offer leagues for both individual players and teams. Enjoy a night of cornhole conveniently located next to our Hydraulic Bar. Regardless of your skill level, everyone is welcome to join.
This league is for adults ages 18+. Each week, players will play 3 games to the best of 21 against their opponent. Spooky Nook Champion Mill currently offers 1v1 and 2v2 leagues.

Dodgeball
Dodgeball is one of the many recreational sports leagues available at Spooky Nook. This sport is a popular choice for people looking to have fun with a competitive edge. Players of all experience and skill levels can find a place to improve their skills and have a blast.
Spooky Nook Dodgeball leagues are open to adults 18+. Games are played in a 6v6 format with referees. No matter what your skill level is, you are always welcome at Spooky Nook!

Field Hockey
Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill has indoor courts with an ideal playing surface and a lighted outdoor turf field. Our experienced staff and certified officials at Spooky Nook ensure professional, fun, and fair sporting events in Hamilton.
Our adult field hockey leagues are for players 18 years old and up. We host leagues of varying sizes so you can find the right fit for your interests, including six-on-six, nine-on-nine and 11-on-11 leagues, depending on the location and season.
Flag Football
At Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill, we offer multiple ways for you to get involved in the local flag football scene. We have an open division to satisfy your need for competition and serious gameplay. The coed rec league is a great choice for more casual fun and exercise. Our adult flag football leagues are open to anyone aged 18 and older.
You can also take advantage of our numerous amenities, like our fitness center and on-site restaurants for post-game refueling. Take advantage of our open courts and field to get extra work in.
Pickleball
Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill hosts a number of pickleball leagues and events. Private and group lessons are now available at Champion Mill! Learn how to play on your own or with a group of friends so that you can participate in one of the fastest growing sports.

Soccer & Futsal
We host a number of soccer and futsal programs.
Our seasonal futsal program is coed. Anyone 18 years old and up can join, which makes this sport a great activity for serious and casual players of all ages.
Our soccer adult teams are open to anyone aged 18 and older. We currently offer a coed, men's & women's soccer league, which are broken into skill- and age-based divisions so every player can find the right fit. At least two female players must be on the field at any given time in coed league games.

Volleyball
The adult recreational volleyball leagues at Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill are fun for players of any skill level. We offer men's, women's and coed leagues split into skill-based divisions so any athlete can play at a pace that suits them.
Each Spooky Nook volleyball game features certified officials to enforce the rules. Teams play three-game matches with six players per side.
The adult recreational leagues at Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill are available for players ages 18 and older.
