Hydraulic Bar
Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill is excited to announce the opening of the Hydraulic Bar in the Champion Mill Conference Center. This exciting new venture features delicious specialty cocktails, beer, wine and an extensive bourbon selection.
Guests at the Hydraulic Bar also can choose from a menu of shareable dishes created by our talented culinary team.
Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday & Thursday: 3PM - 12AM
Friday: 2PM-1AM
Saturday: 11AM-1AM
Sunday: 11AM-9PM
Happy hours, featuring drink specials, are 3-6:30PM on Wednesday-Friday.
Forklift & Palate Restaurant - Under Construction
Enjoy delicious American bistro cuisine, tasty adult beverages, and scrumptious desserts from a team of Executive Chefs and dedicated restaurant staff in the Champion Mill Conference Center.

The food court within Mill 1's athletic complex is home to various food and beverage stations. You can get anything here from a quick snack to a burger and fries.

Smoothie Bar
Our smoothie bar offers a variety of fruit smoothies that are as good for you as they are good-tasting. We also serve several coffee drinks and bubble teas along with protein bars, fresh fruits, house-made pastries and other snacks for fast refueling or for those times when you’ve earned a little indulgence or an energy boost.
Our smoothie bar is currently open on week nights and weekends.
