If you're interested in trying youth lacrosse, Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill has plenty of opportunities to learn the game and develop as a player. We will host boy's and girl's lacrosse leagues in Hamilton, Ohio for kids in grades 4-12. We will soon offer lacrosse camps, clinics and private lessons with our certified coaches.

A little about me: I fell in love with the sport of lacrosse in 4th grade and never looked back. I was a starter on Velocity Lacrosse’s Elite Black team for 6 years, frequently earning high-scorer at tournaments, and was invited to the Top 100 Showcase. Playing for my high school team, I earned Offensive Player of the year as a sophomore. I was offered a lacrosse scholarship at Thomas More University, but after a car accident I was unfortunately unable to continue playing. However, my passion for the sport of lacrosse lives on. I have fantastic memories of the teamwork, camaraderie, and high-level competition from my playing days, as well as the amazing mentoring and encouragement I received from my coaches over the years. I am excited to work with Spooky Nook as the Lacrosse Instructor to share my love of the game with the next generation of players. Whether you choose the lacrosse summer camps, 1:1 training, or small group training, your child will come away with a solid knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game, numerous strategies to help take their skills to the next level, as well as (I hope) a lifelong love of lacrosse. - A team-focused atmosphere: Teamwork makes the dream work on the lacrosse field. Players work toward a common goal and learn to understand one another and find motivation through shared struggles.
- An emphasis on speed: While physical strength this beneficial in any sport, lacrosse is a game in which lean, agile players can find success. If you're quick and coordinated, you'll love zipping around the lacrosse field.
- Pure fun: There's something satisfying about tossing a lacrosse ball through the air with friends and cradling it in the stick. Lacrosse games capture the activity's essence and infuse it with speed and might, making it a fun game for players and spectators alike.
The sports facility at Spooky Nook Champion Mill is available to rent throughout the year. We accept bookings based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. In most cases, guests must reserve their space with at least 72 hours of advance notice. For bookings within 72 hours, call our guest services desk directly.
