Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill is excited to announce a new occupant within the facility. Dayton-based Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio has committed to moving forward with a sublease to occupy approximately 21,287 square feet in Mill 1. The relationship will include the orthopedic practice, physical & occupational therapy, X-Ray & MRI, athletic trainer coverage, and more.

Orthopedic Associates has signed a letter of intent, and the lease will be signed in the coming weeks. The space Orthopedic Associates will occupy is being designed and will be move-in ready for their team.

Spooky Nook Sports and Orthopedic Associates are excited to begin their relationship with The Nook.
