Spooky Nook Sports Complex (Mill 1)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

• Performing saw cuts for piping in Kitchen/Concession areas Building 100.
• Installing sprinkler piping mains and branches in Building 100 East section.
• Completing installation of rod bracing at North end of Building 300.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

• Setting Roof Curbs on Building 100 as roofing areas are complete.
• Installing underground piping in Retail/Bakery areas.
• Laying wall at Centerline of Building 300 North end.

Spooky Nook Hotel and Conference Center (Mill 2)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

• Hang drywall in Sector 3 on 1st floor.
• Pouring topping in Sector 3 hotel lobby area North to tenant space.
• Installed exhaust & make up air duct in Sector 4.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

• Sprinkler piping in Sector 2 on the 1st floor.
• Completing grinding on Sector 4 West side on the 2nd floor.
• Data and electric rough-in on Sector 4 1st floor hotel rooms.

Installation of the drywall in the hotel.

Installation of the metal deck for the 3rd floor.

Installation of the shower stalls on the 1st floor.
