Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill project in Hamilton, Ohio. Project update for July 2020.

Spooky Nook Sports Complex (Mill 1)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

  • Complete crushing and clean up at South end of the site.
  • Continue forming for concrete walls.
  • Continue steel erection at Building 300.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

  • Complete removal of South interior section of existing building façade.
  • Begin laying interior masonry walls in Building 100.
  • Mobilize Crane to site for setting of PEMB steel girders.

Spooky Nook Hotel and Conference Center (Mill 2)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

  • Salvaging glass block from the exterior windows of Building 1.
  • Saw cutting and core drilling for underground plumbing in Sector 4.
  • Beginning the replacement of glass block at the interior windows in Sector 1.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

  • Complete removal of concrete floor for 2nd floor stairwell.
  • Complete dismantling and removal of overhead crane from the 2nd floor.
  • Continue saw cutting and core drilling for underground plumbing in Sectors 3 and 4.
