Spooky Nook Sports Complex (Mill 1)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

• Installing conduit runs in Building 200 Arcade area for outlets and lighting.
• Installing sprinkler piping in Building 400 Rock Climbing area.
• Performing Demo of existing steel in Storefront/Window openings.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

• Installing conduit runs in Building 200 Arcade area for outlets and lighting.
• Installing insulation and roof panels on 300 East.
• Forming/patching and pouring window sills along B Street.

Completion of First floor subgrade.

Installation of kitchen roof frames.

Installation of the north wall in locker room.

Spooky Nook Hotel and Conference Center (Mill 2)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

• Installed window panning for Sectors 3 and 4 first floor hotel rooms.
• Formed and poured concrete base for grand stairs in conference center lobby.
• Finished drywall in sectors 3 and 4 of the second floor of hotel.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

• Testing hot water piping on first floor.
• Forming and pouring on first floor around conference center lobby and grand stair.
• Installation of hotel atrium windows in sectors 3 and 4 on first floor on east side.

Installation of 1st floor window frames.

Polishing concrete on 2nd floor.

1st floor concrete installation in main lobby.
