Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill project in Hamilton, Ohio. Project update for August 2020.

Spooky Nook Sports Complex (Mill 1)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

• Began setting steel along column line 2.A and 3.A.
• Continued installation of north section of Allan block retaining wall.
• Continued interior masonry walls in Building 100 at restrooms.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

• Cutting concrete slabs and excavating for underground sanitary sewers for rest rooms in Building 100.
• Continued installation of the pile and Lagging retaining wall.
• Mobilize second crane to site for large girder lifts.

Standing up main columns and purlins in preparation for raising the girder beams.

Meeting point of the Allan Block retaining wall and the Recon Block retaining wall.

Masonry walls that are being erected at the restrooms in Building 100. 

Spooky Nook Hotel and Conference Center (Mill 2)

WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:

• Running underground sanitary & storm sewers in Sector 4.
• Restarted drilling first geothermal well with different system.
• Installing 8” water line from building to connections in B Street.

TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:

• Continuing replacement of glazed block in Sector 1 on all three floors.
• Start underground sanitary & storm sewers in Sector 3 on the West side after settlement tanks are dry and pressure washed.
• Continuing with brick replacement & tuckpointing on the West elevations of Sector 2.

Plumber installing underground sanitary sewer piping in Sector 4.

Drill rig resuming drilling of geothermal well number 1.

Digging for Mill 2's water main into Sector 2.
