Food & Beverage

As a full-service venue, we are the exclusive provider for all of your food & beverage needs.   We provide all snacks, meals and drinks including bar service. 


Our banquet menu features a host of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks! hors d’oeuvres and themed food stations.  Prices range from $20-$40 per person, depending on the menu you select.

Spaces

Meeting room rental will cover your private room and all set up and service. Rental varies, based on the details of your event. The terms to secure our banquet space include a room rental charge and a food & beverage minimum. These terms vary, based on the details of your event.

What is included in the meeting room rental?
Tables, chairs, food/buffet set up, and a professional banquet team to service your event. Table linens may or may not be included based on your exact event. We are happy to order linens for you from our linen partner, please ask for details.   Room rental includes your private banquet space, guest tables & chairs, all service tables for food & beverage and the banquet service staff.  
Linens are required on all guest tables.  They are included with the purchase of a full meal (Breakfast, lunch or dinner).
Can I rent the space & bring in my own food?
All food & beverage must be ordered from our banquet menu no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.
Can I bring my own cake?
We do allow a celebratory cake from a licensed bakery.  Please supply plates, napkins and utensils for this cake. We include 1 table for your cake.
Is there a food and beverage minimum for the space?
Yes, there is a food and beverage minimum written into your agreement. This is not a package price, but a minimum spend on food & beverage from our banquet menu. The minimum must be achieved prior to the service charge & applicable taxes. Please note that 8.5% tax and 20% service charge are additional.
Can I have a bar?
Yes! We offer a cash bar or hosted bar, with a $75 bartender fee.
Is there a time limit in the event space?
There is no time limit, but rental is based on the number of hours you book, so please communicate the duration of your event at the time of booking.
Can I bring in decorations?
Yes! We encourage you to bring in decorations with the exception of the following items:  Helium balloons, confetti, glitter and candles with open flame are not permitted.
Do you offer any décor?
Yes! We offer complimentary house centerpieces.  Additional décor items can be rented and include uplights (in your choice of color), rolling green hedges, pipe & drape and upgraded table linens.
Can I bring in music?
You are welcome to bring in a DJ, band, or a portable speaker. To connect to our house sound, this requires some audio visual rental – ask us for details.
Are there specific event/party packages?
All events in the Conference Center are customized based on duration, guest count, menu selections, beverage service, and season.
How is payment handled?
All events require 100% pre-payment. There is a deposit due with your signed agreement, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Any add-on items or items charged on consumption will be billed after the event.  
Is parking free?
Yes! Parking is free when attending  an event in the conference center. A parking pass from your Event Manager is required in order to get free parking on tournament weekends. 
Can I include any sports elements in my event?
As part of Spooky Nook Sports, we offer a number of games that can be played in the conference center during your event. Cornhole, Giant Jenga, a Ladder Golf are available on a rental basis.

Accommodations for vendors:

The sellers at your trade show will be ecstatic about the convenience our venue has to offer. Our Champion Mill trade show facility has plenty of load-in areas and proximal parking options that make it easy for vendors to move their inventory inside. Our event center has free Wi-Fi and ample power access to give your vendors everything they need for a successful day.

In addition to our event spaces, Champion Mill Conference Center also features 60,000 square feet of retail stores and restaurants. From browsing stores to sitting down for a delicious meal, your trade show guests will have plenty to do in their downtime.
