The 'Before'
Champion Paper Company
Founded by Peter G. Thomson in 1893, The Mill is a vibrant and historical part of Hamilton, Ohio. The Paper Mill remained open for over 110 years.
The 'Now'

Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill
We broke ground on the sports complex in November of 2018. As of 2023, it is fully operational for camps, clinics, tournaments, lessons, and more. This complex currently features 200,000 feet of indoor playing courts, outdoor turf, food court, Champion Mill Arcade, 65,000 Sq. Ft. Fitness Center, party rooms, teambuilding activities, an orthopedic practive, and more to come!
Champion Mill Conference Center
In May of 2022, Champion Mill Conference Center hosted its first event. Since then, it has been the venue for many events, meetings, banquets, weddings, and more.
Warehouse Hotel
The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill opened in 2022. It features 233 guest rooms and offers a number of amenities for our customers.
Specialty Retail
Within our complex, we have a few retailers Municipal Brew Works, Sara's House, SV Sports, and Petals & Wicks. Have a break in between your next games or event? Come check out our tenants.
Hydraulic Bar
With iconic views of the Great Miami River, the Hydraulic Bar is the ideal place to relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks in Hamilton.
