What is included in the VIP Ticket?
You will receive a 2022 Brew Fest T-Shirt, an 14oz custom Brew Fest cup, coupons to the Forklift & Palate, Guest Passes to Spooky Nook Fitness Center, and more!
What do I get with my General Admission Ticket?
You will get entry into the event as well as a 4oz glass for samples from the various vendors. VIP’s will get into the event an hour early and will look to have other perks as well.
What is included with the Designated Driver Ticket?
You will get a free Philly Pretzel, coupons to Forklift & Palate, Guest Passes to Spooky Nook Fitness Center, and more!
Can I bring my mug, stein, etc.?
We will have 5oz glasses that will be used for serving.
Where is the event located?
This event will be held at Spooky Nook Sports in our Olympic Hall.
Is there anything to do besides tasting beer?
Our in house food vendors will be open and so will the Forklift & Palate.
Will any of the beers run out?
This is a possibility, but we will be planning to purchase at least 2 half barrels from each vendor
Is there anything to drink besides beer?
We will have various meads and ciders. We will also have soda, water and other to purchase.
How many samples can we have?
There is no limit, but if we see you belligerent or to intoxicated we will ask you to leave or stop serving you.
What food is on site?
We will be providing multiple food options inside the event.
When do taps close?
The event runs from 12 - 4 (12pm – 1pm VIP, 1pm – 4pm General Admission)
Can I bring my child?
This is a 21 and over event only. Kids are allowed in Spooky Nook but not in the beer vendors area.
Does the Brew Fest accept credit cards or checks?
Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite. If there are tickets still available the day of the event we can do credit cards or cash on site.
What is the appropriate ID to get in?
You will need a valid driver's license.
Can we stay in the area?
We have a hotel on site, Warehouse Hotel, that you can reserve a room.
Is there a rain date?
This event will be indoors so weather will not be an issue.
Can I leave and re-enter?
You will have a wrist band so you can leave the area and re-enter if needed.
Will it sell out?
We encourage everyone to purchase tickets early because once the event is sold out, no more tickets will be added!
If I cannot attend after purchasing a ticket, can I get a refund?
There are no refunds for this event.
Is smoking allowed?
There is no smoking inside the facility, but there are designated smoking areas outside.
Can I bring outside food and drinks into the venue?
There is no outside food allowed in the facility, but you can bring a bottle of water if you choose. Water will also be provided.
Is the event ADA accessible?
We have ADA Parking and ramps to enter the facility.
Where do I park?
You will enter our facility off of Champ Boulevard and can park in any of our general admission spaces. View our facility map →
