Q. What’s the official name?

Q. What's a Spooky Nook?

A. The name actually comes from the road that our Main Campus facility is built on. Read more about our name and how to say it here→

Q. When is it opening?

A. We're projecting 2021. As the construction schedule continues to evolve, this date could shift slightly.

Q. Can I work there?

A. We're not hiring just yet. A few positions will be filled in early 2020, with the rest being filled in 2021. However, if you provide your email address on this page, we'll send you an alert when we are hiring.

Q: What's in each building?

A. Mill 1 will house a majority of the sports surfaces, while Mill 2 (river side) will be the hotel and convention center/meeting spaces. What we're currently calling the 'White House' will be a smaller boutique hotel.

Q. What sports will you have?

A. We will have courts and fields for soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, field hockey, and more.

Q. What did the building used to be? Or are you starting from scratch?

A. The buildings that we’re repurposing used to be an old Champion Mill Paper Factory.

Q. How many rooms will be in the hotel?

A. About 225.

Q. How much meeting and convention space will you have?

A. Spooky Nook will contain Greater Cincinnati’s second largest convention space, behind only downtown Cincinnati’s Duke Energy Convention Center.
