Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill project in Hamilton, Ohio. Project update for August 2019.
Mill 1:
- Remediation is complete.
- Demolition is complete, with the exception of one wall.
- The first set of bid documents will be released within the week.
Mill 2:
- Remediation is complete.
- Demolition is almost complete.
Upcoming:
- B Street planning and engineering should be complete by late this year.
- Infrastructure work will begin early 2020, including: water, sewer, electric, and roadway work.
