Spooky Nook Sports Complex (Mill 1)
WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:
- Laying South Wall at the Kitchen /Concession Area.
- Installing mezzanine decking in Building 300 West.
- Excavating and installing Roof Drain underground piping in 400.
TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:
- Completed siding installation on West side of Building 300 up to Line 4.
- Installing duct bank from Electrical room to Transformer Pad location 100.
- Installing Sprinkler piping in Building 200 Mezzanine area.
Looking south, roof decking progress.
Installing banding for roofing membrane installation on east side.
Conduit install on east wall of mechanical room 107.
Spooky Nook Hotel and Conference Center (Mill 2)
WORK COMPLETED IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS:
- Tuckpointed & brick replacement on east elevations of buildings B & C.
- Installed ductwork & duct stands on building B roof.
- Framed bathrooms in sector 3 2nd floor east side.
TWO-WEEK LOOK AHEAD:
- Prep & pouring sub slab on north side of conference center entrance.
- Installation of steel for conference center stair opening area.
- Demolition of steel beam & column removal at conference center stair area.
Installation of metal studs - 3rd floor.
Finishing drywall on hotel rooms - 1st floor.
Installation of metal studs - 2nd floor.
