Throwing is fundamental to softball team success. Fancy plays and snazzy defensive stops do not work if athletes and teams cannot throw and catch accurately. This clinic will feature one hour per week of basic, yet advanced fundamental throwing and catching technique with added focus on skills that are often overlooked in team practices. Arm/glove angles and hand/glove positioning will be discussed to help develop accuracy and speed in softball players. Coach Christina Aulbach has coached travel softball for 8 years, in addition to playing Division I softball at St. Francis University (PA) as an infielder.
Travel or high school teams interested in team training? Coaches interested in learning throwing techniques and drills to take back to practices? Bring your team to the Nook for a customized throwing clinic with Coach Aulbach. Contact email@example.com for scheduling.
