Elite Softball Convention (Vendor Registration)

Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to our convention guests throughout the day Saturday 11/23. The exhibitor floor is centrally located in the action at Spooky Nook Sports in the hallway between the diamond and batting cages. Sell and provide extensive information directly to coaches during scheduled breaks in the action just for you, our vendors. Coaches and athletes will pass through as they travel between the classrooms and turf presentation/clinic areas, finding this convention hub in between. Setup will take place Friday night or early Saturday morning and the heart of the convention will take place for athletes and coaches all day Saturday. Vendors may stay for Sunday's events, but are not required to.

Exhibitors will span a variety of categories like uniforms and apparel, training aids, sports equipment, fundraising, sanctioning bodies, tournaments, field supplies, tech sites, and more. This opportunity is sure to be unique to any convention or trade show you have attended in the past. Setup your booth for the day, attend sessions and the coaches social (in the vendor area this year), along with more provided for our vendors! Vendors may sell products or services on-site, as long as these are approved ahead of time and do not conflict with any Spooky Nook Sports sponsors or products. All sales are subject to pre-approval. Giveaways, promotional materials, and interactive games/setups are always encouraged! Vendor options are single (10'x10' booth with 6 foot table and two chairs) or double (20'x20' booth with two 6 foot tables and 4 chairs). Vendors may add electric for an additional charge.
