Baseball Training

Practice is a huge part of bettering a player’s game.  All clubs hold practices up to two times per week at the Spooky Nook Sports Facility.  Two Sports Performance sessions will be held per week for eight weeks.  Additionally, one sports psychology session will be held per week for 12 weeks.

 

Sports Performance

Sports performance training will focus mainly on speed and agility.  The focus of the session will be run­ning technique and form, foot speed, agility, body control, acceleration and deceleration, proprioception and kinesthetic awareness. These speed sessions will help the athlete in all phases of their game.

Private Lessons

Our knowledgeable coaching staff bring their own experiences at every level of the sport to the table.  This allows our coaches to productively teach all aspects of the sport to student-athletes in individual or group settings.

Baseball Clinics

Our development programs are for players who are looking to hone their skills in a focused area such as pitching or preseason work.  Programs are a great way for players to develop their skills.
